Maternity hospitals in Cairo

Hi all,

What are some good maternity hospitals in Cairo? Preferably in or around Maadi, affordable enough but with good care.

I know about El Nada hospital, with branches in El Manial and Maadi.

Also, El Andalusia in Maadi. Anyone with experiences in those hospitals? Or better suggestions?

And any idea about the costs for a cesarian? Is there a price difference between foreigners and Egyptians?
