Assalamualaikum,

I have been trading crypto for some time and had stopped due to banks freezing of accounts. Unfortunately i have my funds blocked and even though i have submitted all documents proving the receipts were due to crypto trading the bank had not released the funds yet. I have opened many complaints against rajhi bank and still SAMA is in thier favour. Rajhi bank claim it is a fraud. I have even contacted Binance and got all verification for the trading transaction but the bank still rejects. Rajhi bank merely is treating me with the lowest respect that it could give. simply says this is fraud without giving any further information and my funds are held for more than 9 months.

Seeking your valuable advice and way forward to get my funds back

If you search the posts in the forum, myself and others have repeatedly warned about crypto trading in Saudi as well as receiving funds into bank accounts from things like online work / free lancing.聽 They are extremely strict on this.聽 In all probability, your funds are blocked forever and lost.聽聽You can continue to follow up but if they get annoyed, they may just blacklist you in SAMA and you would be denied any banking services inside Saudi.聽 Chalk this up to experience and move on.
