I have a house in Florida, my son lives in the USA , he’s a citizen. I want to be able to come and go and stay as long as I want on each occasion. Is my only option a green card? I don’t want to work out there   Thanking you in advance

Yes applying for an immigration visa is the only option.  You would however be a USA resident then and need to spend the majority of the time in the USA, otherwise your "green card" would be canceled/revoked and you would be refused re-entry.

I don't understand what the "silver visa" is that you wrote in the topic title.
