Sponsoring family-do I have to come alone?

Post new topic

deserved

Good afternoon all. I hope you are well. I am hoping to secure teaching position and heard that the process for getting the visa is quite complicated. Basically I have been told that I would have to travel alone and stay in the country for 45 days before my family are allowed to join me. Is this how it works. I am a British citizen and have two children and a husband. Could I not have my family with me on a visit visa? My flights would be provided.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

Would be good to know the answer to this question too. Also do you currently teach in the UK? Having QTS? I'm looking to retrain to teach and wanted to know best options. Qatar sounds amazing
