Lung scar is allowed to Japan?

I have lung scar, but I have certificate from Lung Cente, fit to work travel abroad and, I have clearance from pulmonologist.. who have same case and experience like me? I have chance to work in Japan??

I guess if you have cert fit to work and travel there would be no problem but also keep in mind that there are companies here that they will ask you to do medical  test/check up   here.Better ask the company you are applying for since each co.has different rules too .
