Credit card pending due

Hello,

I need help to solve this issue- i went exit before 2 months and returned back on new visa with another sponsor. I had credit card in sabb bank and every month i was paying monthly due without any delay

After coming back on new visa now my card is inactive and in since last week also there is not showing monthly due and the overall pending liabilities is less than 9k SAR

How i can pay the monthly installments as it is showing zero also the card is showing inactive and expired but it is valid. I want to pay the monthly due but no option

If I don鈥檛 pay, either there will be any problem to me in future.

Please guide

@ZAhm as per rules you are required to payoff your entire balance and cancel the card before leaving for final exit , now your card is blocked as your last id is expired and these lists are received by all the banks to prevent any fraud or money laundering using accounts where owner has left KSA , you should come to SABB branch and update your new ID to make it active again
