Once my Work visa isnt renewed by employer i am looking to get Blue Flexi Visa for 2 Years for 449 BHD with 30 BD monthly

Question is for my family what would be the rate per dependant.

First聽 its no longer called flexi permit. The flexi permit was cancelled.聽聽2) the monthly fees is 15bd you can see the updated聽 fees on their website.聽聽And as far as I am aware there are no dependencies for this type of visa.
