Tax declaration after divorce

Post new topic

aphxtwin

Hello!

My ex and I got officially divorced at the end of January, but since we were together all of 2022 we must fill in the tax declaration together again.

I never really understood the whole process of tax declaration but I just discovered that last year he kept all the money from the tax declaration (despite we both were working).

This time I want to make sure I get my part so I added my bank account in my profile and I see in the declaration both of our annual incomes and it says there is a balance in my favour. Is this shared between us or is it what would be just my tax return?

Thanks.

When you submit the file you have to add the account number. In that you will receive the money. Please note when you are getting that money back you will receive the letter. Then if the money is not in your account you ask for it.. You can also try send the email to tax department to request the process..
