Go to the Ministry of Labor (MOL) and from there, you can raise a ticket or complaint and request for local transfer of sponsorship to new company/ or new employer. MOL will then create either a 60 to 90 days notice period for your local transfer within which period the current/present employer will be either forced to give you a "transfer" or a "final exit only visa". If current/present employer opted the latter 鈥渇inal exit only visa鈥�, it will notify MOL that your current/present employer no longer want your services anymore. In that instance, MOL grant your request outright, and automatically transfer your visa iqama to new company/ or new employer.

Letter for new kafeel stating suitable job for you willing to admit you under their sponsorship.

Bring all the documents to labor office, if possible聽 bring your new sponsor.

She already submitted all the requierement聽 needed from MOL but she advise to renew the iqama聽 prior to cancell the final exit? Is the new employer can renew the expired iqama. She has a final exit聽 and exipired iqama? Any one please? Thanks.
