Hello Nomandddq,

Please note that I have created a new thread from your post on the Turkey forum.

1) You can not work or do business on a tourist visa

2) Till members guide you, have a look at the following article : How to set up a business in Turkey

All the best

You can register a business but to run the business yourself you will need to apply for a business Ikhemet, or to get a work visa from your own company. Without these you would not be legally allowed to run a shop or any other kind of business in Turkey. You would then be illegally working in Turkey which can lead to fines, your business being shut down, or getting deported out of Turkey.
