I think you are confusing different things. For LMRA visas, the fee that the employer pays for the so-called health fees.........is not actually insurance.  It just allows an expat to get treatment at government health centers by paying a nominal fee........7 bd.

Private health insurance i.e. insurance which allows you to go to private hospitals, is NOT mandatory. And you can get it on your own. Google the different companies and see which of their policies fit your needs.
