MDEC or ESD, which safer to apply?

Hi All,

Just a question regarding which agency it's safe to apply for Expat candidates?

ESD has higher rejections compared to the MDEC.

Or both would be fine if the company has the capability to apply either one?

The applicant with a 9k salary in the managerial level and MNC media agency company?

Is really depending on his designation role in the company ? Was it relevant to MdeC requirements?

Thanks for your reply,

The person designation is Paid Specialist Manager with MYR 9000 salary per month.

It seems like the ESD process efficiency has improved compared to MDEC and we need the person to join the company ASAP.

I would appreciate it if you have any experienced to share with a similar case. Is a high chance to get approval?
