School to help me improve my english

Post new topic

Fra33

Hello everyone, nice to meet you!

I'm Francesco 43 years old. I'm International business development manager for Italian multinational company. I would like to go for a period (4/5 weeks) in Malta to definitely improve my English, I would like to make sure I go to a school where the teachers are well trained, and where the value for money is optimal.

I have already looked at the different schools, but there are so many and therefore I need your opinion about it.

Who can you help me to choose? Or give me useful tips and advices?

Many thanks in advance.

Francesco

Hello Francesco,

Welcome on board !

With a little delay, I have created a new thread from your post on the Malta forum.

Have you been able to make your choice ?

When you look at the yellow pages of Malta you will see many language schools. In Gozo is one language school at Santa Lucija. Recently I read some students were staying  in the new boutique hotel nearby. In Malta itself there are many more language schools. One is Berlitz known for their special method of teaching. In 2006 I went to Malta to brush up my English. At that time I signed up with EF School. Do not expect the standard of teaching is as good as in the UK, but you will surely learn basic English.
