QVC visa delay

My wife completed medical on May 10th from chennai qvc and did reenrollment of biometric on June 7th. Still status in qvc site is showing as 鈥楻eferral medical report pending with authorities鈥�. What does this status mean?

Company raised ticket with MOI, but they are just saying reports are not yet sent from India QVC. Is

But qvc customer care is saying they have sent everything.

What to do?

@Hannah S123 you may wait 15 days from the last QVC Visit or sent an email to QVC.

@ssurinder2004 It鈥檚 been 42 days now since my last visit鈥rom Qatar, they are saying it鈥檚 not reached MOI鈥rom QVC India they are saying they have sent everything to Moi

in between I had updated my biometric鈥ill this cause any other issue?

If you have written contents in their email reply then with this copy you may visit MOI to find out the cause of this pendency.

@ssurinder2004 Thank you for the suggestion. Also I saw in one other post that maybe pro could check at MOPH room no 118. Any idea about this?
