Contract rejection

Post new topic

Billy Rikamoe

Hello my employer after 7 months now decides to put a new contract through qiwa with absurd terms and i feel like i cannot accept its terms.

First he has the power to deduct from my salary to pay for any government fees like taxes, GOSI and other contributions also he can terminate my contract without notice and only pay me 2months advance salary.

The first contract i had 90days probation period now its 180 days

The first contract i had food allowance in which he never paid me upto now, this second one there is no mention of food allowance.

My vacation days reduced to 21.

Bearing in mind i had already signed with him the first {2years} contract with no such terms. Should i accept the contract in qiwa or reject?

Hi Billy,

As per your question above there are two scenarios which you are aware of.

  1. Working under Sponsor/Employer
  2. Working outside Sponsor/Employer

In first option you can reject the contract and your previous contract will be active till the employer deactivates from his side.

In second option you can accept the contract as it will not affect your income which you may be earning.

Thanks,
