English speaking Attorney in Ponta Delgada

Post new topic

Not so much a tax question as a legal question.

I would like an attorney to look at a lease agreement and to verify it's legitimacy. According to the contract it is registered with the proper authorities.

That is my immediate need.

I am in process to get a residency Visa and I will be needing advise and help with migrant matters as well. First, I  must complete the D-7 visa process with VFS. Second, I  must obtain a residency permit with SEF in Ponta Delgada. Third, will be the access to local public medical care. This is in addition to private medical insurance.

After that, drivers license exchange may be interesting.

So it is my hope, this will be a long term relationship as well.

Any thoughts on whom I might contact?

Hi Ricktark,

You can choose one or more among +130 lawyers in Ponta Delgada here, and call them to ask if they speak English and if they deal with such issues:

My friend used João ****

He's in Lisbon, not Azores though. But they got everything she needed without any issues.
