@Shiella19 hello Ma'am did you settle your case in Tasheel?
My friend has the same issue with you, it reaches to moj but he settled his balance with tasheel, with his old bill number he settled using others account number not by his own account number then Tasheel withdrawn from moj. After a week he was able to travel abroad and his travel ban lifted.
Hope it can help.

@yagneshkt brother what happened to your case now?
@tengdevera1989 hello good pm.just call ur bank (customer service and talked to their agent and informed them regarding ur account thar was freeze by SAMa due to a case of unpaid installment and they will check in the system and they will tell u regarding ur account status
@chirlton yes they will freeze your account ,, only salary account you can use but they will deduct 33% amount on every salry day, and in your account there will be separate -...amount which is through MOJ which we have to pay and settle through moj only.
@chirlton
Hi, did you pay through tamam or MOJ in saddad? Is your case closed?
@chirlton
broooo when ever yor salary will get credited in your account
bank will auto deduct the 33% amount
remaining amount you can use online or can add money to your friends STC pay account
cant withdraw any amount from any ATM and when ever you will pay the amount full through MOJ
the case will be not close till 2-3 months
i have requested them many times but no response from anyone
so pay soon
and get relief from this issues
@mubeen sgm

@SYED2127
Hi. What will happen if i cannot pay within five days?
@Cheryl
Hi. I want to ask something, what wiill happen if i cannot pay within 5 days in MOJ?
@tengdevera1989
Hello inhabe the same case as you. Did you pay within 5 days? As MOJ texted me to pay the whole balance
@Kringkrung12000
My account have been frozen and have been deducting 33% from my salary, i dont know what happens after the full amount is deducted.
Hello Kringkrung12000,
Sorry to hear that your account has been frozen and you're facing salary deductions.
Can you please provide more context or information about the situation?
For example:
1. Did you receive any notification or explanation from the bank or the authority responsible for the deductions?
2. Are you aware of any outstanding debts or loans that might be causing the deductions?
3. Have you contacted your HR department or the bank to inquire about the deductions?
Understanding the reason behind the deductions and the frozen account is crucial to finding a solution.
In Saudi Arabia, a 33% salary deduction is typically associated with a court-ordered garnishment or a debt collection process.
If you're unsure about the reason or the process, I recommend:
1. Contacting your HR department to see if they can provide any information or assistance.
2. Reaching out to the bank to inquire about the deductions and the frozen account.
3. Seeking advice from a lawyer or a financial advisor to understand your rights and options.
Please feel free to share more details, and I'll do my best to help you navigate this situation.
