Did my follow-up last Sep 16 (sputum and blood), but still no result. Has anyone had the same experience with me? What did you do? I am so stressed of waiting..

@Lun@31. i did my follow up on Sept 18th ( Sputum , blood and PPD) . went on 20th to check for skin reactions due to PPD. still status is showing 鈥� Follow up in process鈥�. Have u got the results . The last time when i had been there , i was told it will take 3 weeks for the final result

@Lun@31 . i caled them but no one answered . then went in person to check , inwas told when it will be ready , it will be sent by mail

@sandy181183 my first test was on 2nd October, 8 days later they called me for follow up test I did go and my blood was taken again but my results have come back FIT and recieved my certificate.

Don't panic attimes it's just an error but also always good to do own pre medical so that you're sure of your health.

I've been here reading comforting reviews until mine turned out well , not all tests turn out bad news .

Hello @xtang and everyone here I need your edvice or information on this matter. I have been in uae for 5 years but last as I was renewing my visa with another sponsor and went for medicals but then after medicals they told me that I have to go for follow up of which I did. I attend 3 consecutive days taking spatum test and then my results came fit with one year follow up and I was given 1 year visa, they said that I will given 2 years after finishing all follow ups and after that they told me to always go there for follow up every after 4 months through the year and I did the last one in August and then doctor told me that I will do last one when I am renewing my visa. But the. Last week I went for medicals since I joined new company and after medicals they told me to go for additional tests follow up at muhaisnah block 7 Dubai and I went and they took 2 bottles of blood and 2 bottles spatum, they told me to go home. But it has been almost聽 a week Hr is telling that she hasn鈥檛 received results. So can I know what might be going on and another thing, will I be given 2 years visa this time since I did follow up the whole one year? Any one with clarification on this because up to now hr is saying no results yet and how can I check them if they are out or not

To keep it simple for everyone, if you get a follow up request, just go and do it.聽 Then wait.聽 There is absolutely nothing else you can do - if you want a work visa that is.聽 聽Times can vary and a delay or quick results doesn't mean one thing or another.聽 So stop speculating and panicking.

@XTang聽 but According to you as a specialist, will I be given 2 years visa this time.聽 since I did full follow up the whole one year? Because they had given me one year visa last year As u have read my messages up

Look, it varies.聽 Most cases, 2 years.聽 Sometimes, 1 year.聽 Just wait and see...........don't overthink.

@Nareeba Junior can you please tell me what were the follow up鈥檚 like for the 1 year conditional fit? Was there a specific hospital that you had to go for 3 times and what did they do in the follow up?

I just checked my Medical Status as well and it shows Follow Up In Process鈥� but our PRO not DHA has not contacted me to do anything. Should I be worried?

What does they check on follow up medical .blood x-ray chest and others anythings?!!

Hello i got my medical result last march 21, 2024 fit-follow up. And 1 year visa because of my xray they saw some scar on it And i didnt receive any message that i need to come back for follow up check up after 6 mos. I just receive an email last september that i failed to visit for follow up medical. What will happen if i didnt come for follow up medical after 6 mos.?

@geepee 21 I think better to go to one of the medical centers and tell that you have come for follow up. It鈥檚 better to do the follow up as I have read in places that if you don鈥檛 do 2 or 3 consecutive follow ups then for visa renewal they stop it.

Can I renew my visa after my first follow up? As I have less than 6 months validity. Is it okay to renew visa and then go for second follow up?
