BISB debit card and Paypal

This question is for those who have an account with BISB . So i have my bisb debit card linked to paypall . my question is can i transfer money from pay pal to the linked debit card on paypal website . or is it only done through BISB digital phone app . would like to know how you managed to transfer funds from paypal to your account . Because i tried linking my account on pay pall but it asked for routing number which i cant provide .
