Advice to find a job in Bangkok

Hello Sir,

My name is Paul Campbell. I am a Canadian Citizen living in Vancouver.

It is my goal to visit Thailand, namely Bangkok, on a 30 day tourist visa, find work in hospitality, then apply for a non-immigration B visa and work permit.

I would like my stay in Thailand to be on a long-term basis.

Living in Canada is not what it used to be, and at 44, I am seeking to meet a special lady, start a family and live in a country that makes me happy.

You may have some experience with these concepts.

Can you offer any advice to a man in my position?

I would be grateful for anything you can offer.

That type of work is not available to foreigners. You can own a business or hotel but you will not get a job working in one.
