I'm living in romania from 2 years,聽 I'm working here with work permit. If my wife age is under 18 then is that possible to ger her here with spouse visa?

Highly unlikely, because the legal marriage age in Romania is 18, also she likely wouldn't be able to travel without her parents if she is under 18.聽 She is still considered a child!
