Hello sir/Madam am hamiim by names from uganda currently am in uae here.. How can I apply work permit yet am outside of Switzerland.

You cannot apply for a work permit.

An employer willing and able to hire you must apply for it on your behalf.聽 Unless you have specialized skills not found locally or within the EU, and you speak at least one of the local languages fluently, you will have a hard time finding a job in Switzerland.聽 It's an expensive country to live in.
