What is the best time to visit in Mexico as Tourist rather than expat?

Thanks ufuxkilic. I was checking some articles online about the best time to visit there, and Looks like Cct to Dec is the ultimate time as many tourists are visiting there. I have decided to go there later this month and will check out Day of the dead too.

I would say November or December to get some fun, for me it is hard to say due to living there.
