Single Status Affidavit for Civil Marriage

I want to get married in Ica, Peru and I need proof of my single status. Ordering it from the government will take too long. Does anyone have any advice on making my own? Can it work?

You can write your own "single status affidavit" (there are lots of models online) but you still need it signed by a notary and apostatized. I would double check first with the municipality you are getting married in for what they are specifically looking for. For what I heard, some places are ok with an affidavit, some need something more official.
