CRNM validity?

Post new topic

Rob64

If anyone has renewed their National Migratory Registration Card (Carteira de Registro Nacional Migratório - CRNM) please help by telling me how long the temporary card was valid for?  I understand that when i renew they will take away my current card and give me a temporary card which I use until I receive my new card.  My new card will be valid for 7 months but how long will the temporary paper be valid for (also 7 months or shorter)?  I need to travel so I'll have to make sure I'm back on Brazil before it expires.  Thanks so much!
