Settled past loan in MOJ and Police clearance.

Good day to all.

I am asking your insights in behalf of my friend.

He has loan in tasheel and had travel ban, he settled immediately and the case was withdrawn from MOJ by tasheel civil representative and ban was lifted.

The question is, if he will apply for a police clearance the case will reflect in the police report?

I am hoping that someone will enlightened us and share your experiences about this trend.

If the case is clear so definitely it will not be reflected in the police clearance report because police will not mention that this guy had a loan issue in the past with any institution.
