Self sponsor renewal fee for 10 years

My friend has received an email to pay BD 625 for 10 years self sponsor visa renewal. The fee for 10 years used to be BD 600. Has it now increased to BD 625. Would be grateful if someone could please clarify. Thanks.

I don't understand the confusion.

It's logical. He got an email from the government to pay x amount. It's higher than before so yes, it means that they increased it.聽 You are getting it from an official source so what's the issue?

@XTang of course he will have confused cause the website official says it is still 600 bhd for 10 years.

Yes website will take a lot of time to update.聽 And remember it is 850 PER VISA i.e. for self/wife/2 kids, it will be 850*4.
