Buying a Apartment in Milan

Post new topic

Pauriccussen

I am interested in buying an apartment in Milan somewhere i’m just not sure where to start.

I am currently living in Australia and I have been here for 30 years Moved from Ireland in my early 20s

it’s a dream of mine to have a place in Italy so I can go for a couple of months of the year and follow the six nations rugby.

I was thinking of somewhere around where the universities are?

Citta Siro or Lambrate

if there’s anybody there that has any thoughts, I would really appreciate it

Hello Paddy,

Depending on your budget and the kind of apartment you are looking for.

Studios or one bedroom apartment are around 250.000-400.000 depending on the neighborhood (in Milan). Outside Milan could be cheaper.

If you are looking for something close to Lambrate try with "Argonne" area. It's very nice and the subway has been recently finished.

If you need to get in touch with some agencies or want to see apartments for sell try looking on "Idealista", it's the best website to look for a property.

Hope this could help.

Best,

Luis
