Getting UK visa when you are living in Milan

Hello, I am a student in Milan and it's my second year here. I have my permesso di soggiorno and I want to apply for the UK visa here, how do I do it? I'm in Milan for almost 11 months a year and there is no way I can go back to my own country and apply therew.

You can apply in the country where you live, in this case Italy.
