Good evening I am a doctor specializing in anatomy and pathology. I am a professor at the Faculty of Medicine of Tunis and head of the pathology laboratory department.  I want to find a job in Spain.  what are the procedures for finding a job.  Is there an equivalence competition?  Is the Spanish language necessary?  I speak Arabic French English.  thank you for informing me

Welcome to the expat.com forum and good luck with your potential move to Spain!

You're a highly-educated and highly-qualified professional, so, usually, it's much easier to relocate internationally. I doubt it's a huge problem for you to add (in due course) some Spanish to your languages.

You can look at the requirements for migration as an employee.

And you should also note that the EU has a Blue Card option for highly-educated AND highly-paid professionals (salary 34k euros ish).

I suggest you perhaps look for possible jobs now, and approach them directly. Based on their reactions, you will get a feel for how easy/difficult they think this will be. In any case, you will need a formal job offer for the above options.

If you want to practice medicine (as opposed to having a cushy university job) then you'd need to get your qualifications recognized (homologación).

Here are a couple of links for you...

If you're (relatively) wealthy, and can afford to give up your job, then there are options for relocating to Spain, and doing your job search (and learning Spanish) while living there. But this is perhaps a risky/expensive option. I'm sure it's totally feasible for you to relocate successfully, but I can't predict whether it takes a couple of weeks, or the best part of a year.
