RETURNED APPLICATION FOR CLASSIFICATION AND NO FIELD TO UPLOAD THE MISSING DOCUMENTS

My application for classification was returned for missing documents which were all re-uploaded and re-submitted but still the application has not been processed and was returned again and there is no field to upload the documents again.

The support number I called could not proceed with the call as I am not currently in Saudi Arabia and thus does not have 10 digits National Number. Raising a support ticket is also another problem as it always reflects an error message.

Kindly assist me on how to go about this problem please. It is really bothering me.
