Roth IRA and wealth tax in Spain

Post new topic

adriancerda

Hi All,

I understand that saving in US retirement accounts (401K->IRA) is not part of the Spanish wealth tax calculation.

Do you know if this also includes ROTH IRAs?

We have enough savings and another source of income and want to live in Spain for a few years and then come back to the USA and potentially withdraw from the ROTH IRAs when we are no longer Spain tax residents.
