hi,

my family is living with me in Riyadh on permanent visa

wife gone back to Pakistan applying for separation.

my kids are with me

daughter will be 18 in march 2024

sun will be 15 years old in march 2024

and they school going.

now question is that if separation is done how i can keep continue my kids visa.

Keep renewing visa.聽 They won't ask.

By the time they ask, you need to make sure you have attested legal docs that prove that you have sole custody of your children or joint custody with NOC from wife.

My family was granted a multiple entry visit visa, but they returned to Pakistan approximately six months later. Now that the year is about to expire on June 10th, if I call them on June 1st, is it possible for me to obtain a further extension without having to leave Saudi Arabia?
