My wife and I are choosing to retire in Tamarindo however, I am finding it difficult to find an agency that an help me find a rental property. Any advice?

Ask the locals -- bar tenders, restaurant servers, local attorneys, the local mechanic and whomever you encounter.

We will be coming down mid June for about 2-3 weeks check out what's going on.聽 Looking at hotels now. We were there 13 years ago. Stayed at Flamingo beach. I'm sure it has changed a lot. Liberia airport was not yet operating. Would love to meet up with you.

It's hard to see what is available house for rent. All these websites have plenty for sale but few rentals. Mostly in San Jose. We don't like that town
