Either you made an error with the prices or you will never sell them.

For example here in Boracay the 1 bedroom units are sold for 6 to 8M PHP. Bigger units for 10M.

At them moment they cannot find any buyers here.

For Manila I would expect around 10M for a unit of this size. The other thing is that most people of the Philippines are dreaming of their own land with their own house. For 10M you can buy land and build a 3 stories house.

Yeah, looks like she simply added too many zeroes.

If so, maybe she is asking 14M for the condo ($250K) and for the house, maybe 11M ($192K)? Condo seems high but I guess Mall of Asia adds value for some people.

I just finished a 2 bedrm home in a Cebu province last year, with unobstructed 180 deg views of ocean and mountains and nothing but quiet at night - for 2.4M -  but to each their own.

Josie, have you done your research to look for "comps"? Those are comparable properties in the same area as yours. And your listings need far more pictures of the other rooms.

Phishing rings a bell, advertising perhaps.
