I need your advise!!!I

've been in company for 10 years.  I applied exit/finish contract notification 75 days before my contract expires on the Qiwa platform, my manager accepted and gave me an exit v

isa , after 1 month, they canceled the visa as per them they will hold my exit until my replacement got approval from client.

Today is the last day of my contract so it doesn't matter if tomorrow I don't have a contract and if I go to work I won't be paid.

I called my manager and he said to wait for the replacement

What is a good thing to do. Please share your thoughts

yes of course

naqasharif

if you have all the proofs for the communication and confirmation and the max notice period is 60 days.

try to make all necessary arrangements with new employer and and discuss the matter with your existing HR.

tell them this is against rules and i hope it will work.

my only advice here would be never burn the bridges to possible extent.

if you have all proofs go to labor court.

because they will never find your replacement as long as you are with them.
