I tried to search other threads for topic and could find.

This I know is a loaded question.

What is the DR government agency responsible for handling illegal trash dumping and collection?

Over the last several months I am finding that people are now creating illegal trash dumping in the Parks around my neighborhood.

My area is Santo Domingo Norte.

Yes, I realize that reporting it may not go no where but willing to give it a try.

Anyone else seeing an increase of illegal trash dumping in your area?
