Life in suburban Bucaramanga

Hi, my name is Vlad. I have idea to move to Columbia from USA.

Bucaramanga is in my focus. I would like to live outside of city, just don't like city stress and want spend my time in garden. I found that Bucaramanga has problem with polution.

I will apriciate any information about life in suburban of this city.

Metro Buca is not anywhere聽 as clean or nice as it was only 10 years ago

Every city in Colombia has polution issues, even if you cant see it.

Some worse than others due to size聽 geography/ topography ( in a valley that traps layers) and climate ( windy and rainy or dry and calmer like Buca)

I notice more homeless folks and some men

sleeping on Cabecera sidewalks in the daytime

in recent months .. more than I used to see during

previous trips.

But Buca still has beautiful neighborhoods in

Cabecera and Sotomayor, for example.

If there is any pollution problem here, I haven't

seen it this year.聽 And I've been here all year.

If Buca's too big, check out Floridablanca and

Gir贸n, which are part of the Buca metro.
