Enquiry about E31B visa: Anyone availed without an agent?

Hi everyone

I want to understand the eligibility requirement for E31B visa.

1. Is it applicable for those with an Indonesian spouse only? My spouse is a KITAS holder for last 2 years and an Indian citizen. Does it make me eligible for this visa?

2. It requires a statement of commitment from wife/husband or a letter of guarantee from a guarantor. Is there a format for statement of commitment from wife?

3. Has anyone tried applying for it on his/her own? If yes, please share your experience.
