I AM GOING TO ARRIVE TO RIJEKA BY THE END OF THE MONTH
I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF NEEDED AN ITERNATIONAL DRIVING LICENCE,AND ALSO IN ORDER TO PASS TO SLOVENIA (KRANJSKA GORA)IF NEEDED ANY TALL FEE(HOW MUCH AND WHERE SHOULD I PAY)

You will need to pay a vinjeta (toll) to pass through Slovenia. As far as I can tell, the price is EU15 for a weekly vinjeta, EU30 for monthly, and EU90 for a yearly pass. I have driven in Croatia with only my normal license, never an international license.
