Local taxes and mandatory insurance

We have no income whatso-ever, so the only things to do are local taxes. (Mandatory property insurance, local community taxes, every few years something for driving license (we do not have a car, but still).

Of course the big chunk which is health insurance. SGK is fine I think, but we chose to go for private insurance (more expensive but excellent service). However when extending Ikamet for 2 years they require health insurance for 2 years (private companies tend do not do this) so we went for a VERY cheap accident insurance for 2 years (setting you back I think EUR 200 or 300. (No issue).

We do not deal with this ourselves, but outsource this (and giving a bit of tip)
