Expenses tracking

We have a house in piedmont which we visit 4-5 times a year and rent out around 12 weeks a year,

I am interested in anyone who uses expense tracker software to keep a record of costs.

Ideally it should link to our Italian Bank account (with IntesaSanpaolo) and allow us to categorise payments and perhaps add in expenses paid out from our UK bank account which could be manual.

At the moment it is a horrible, messy manual process with paying invoices, direct debits, cash payments and credit card usage

Anyone have any experience on this or has some recommendations
