This is a very challenging one. We have guidelines for dogs and cats as these are the typical pets people bring into the country. They require deworming, various shots and an electronic chip. Who knows what treatments a turtle needs. Plus turtles have constitutional rights in Cape Verde. Just kidding. But they are a protected species here, so I don't know if you can even bring them in the first place.
