Discrepancy between contract & actual role given

Hello,

I have been working in the UAE for nearly a year at an educational institute. The teaching role I was given that I signed a contract for is different to the role I was given when I first started. I have attempted to get this resolved with the workplace but to no avail. I am in no position to resign at the moment. Is there anything I can do?
