Is it possible to move to Sweden to my disabled Swedish partner?

I鈥檓 also disabled as well. My Swedish partner is on a certain disability. And I wanted to know if it鈥檚 possible to even move in with him. He can definitely support me and him while on disability. But would getting a residence permit be hard because of that.

Also because I鈥檓 disabled, what could be my options there both medically and financially.
