Moving to sicily

Hi My husband Steve and I are building a home in Sicily and plan to relocate when the house is done around November. Trying to get an appointment in Miami at the Consulate General ,but no appointments are listed, for extended resident visa. Also need to transport 2 dogs from Florida to Rome and then drive to Sicily .any suggestions? Jackie

Trying getting an appointment at midnight Rome time. Openings occur from cancelations most likely at that time. Keep trying like winning the lottery if you get through.
