We bought our property in PR a year ago but have not made the permanent move to the islnand yet. Still living in the US while making house renovations little by little. Anyone familiar with the property taxes exoneration requirements. Are we allowed to apply for exoneration benefits once we move there permanently or has that ship sailed?
