Moving to Scotland and opening a guest house

Hi,
We, my spouse and I, want to move in Scotland in the next years to open a guest house. We would sell our home, companies and cars before moving. Do you think we can ask for visas in this situation ? One of us would have a job and the other would run the guest house at the beginning.
