Help re friends in Malta.

My friends who moved to Malta about 18 years ago have been "lost"

We received a telephone call on our answerphone some time ago with a telephone number to contact in Malta. But have since lost this number but before had phoned many times but the line was always engaged. The message was about our friends.(Their home telephone number is not connected anymore.)

They were Brian and Joy who lived

Palazzo Quirinale

Flat 4

Triq-il Port Roman

Qawra.

Any information please.
