I am Bulgarian/and American( dual citizen) returning to Bulgaria.

I am interested in borrowing some money to buy real estate( I will pay cash mostly but I need additional money in the form of a loan). I have verifiable and apostilled US income.

Has anyone that is NOT from EU country taken a real estate loan in Bulgaria? So far my research shows that some banks prefer you to have verifiable income only from the EU. Thanks dear expats:)
